Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Please contact us first at support@neverdryskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll guide you through the next steps — in most cases, we’ll ask you to return the product (even if opened) so we can continue improving our formulations.
- Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that are more than half used, unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Digital downloads (such as our skincare guide) are non-refundable once accessed.
